Helping UGanda Educate
HUGE, which stands for Helping UGanda Educate, has been set up to make a difference to children in Uganda. It specifically provides financial and resource support to the Nabugabo Community Learning Centre, a primary school set up solely to provide free education and support to vulnerable and disadvantaged children, who would otherwise not be able to attend school.
HUGE has supported NCLC since it opened its doors in 2012. The school now has 125 children and 13 staff. It is located in South West Uganda, in a rural and very poor area approximately 20kms from the nearest town of Masaka and 150kms south west of Kampala.
HUGE has setup a fund to support the children after NCLC and help them progress to secondary school or vocational training.
